The main room of the house is the large lounge (6.2m x 3.3m, 20ft x 11ft) which has a large bay window and French Windows, both with a magnificent panoramic sea view.

The French Windows open out onto a raised decking area, ideal to sit and have your morning coffee (or your evening G & T) and enjoy the sea and headland views. The decking looks out over the 28m (92ft) long garden. There are 5 steps down to the garden,with a handrail to both sides of the steps.

The lounge has an open fire. Coal etc. is provided for your first fire, further supplies are available in Hinderwell.

The dining room is situated between the kitchen and the lounge.

The ground floor rear bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and two single beds.

There is a large new fully fitted luxury kitchen. Fittings include electric ceramic hob, fan assisted electric cooker, integral fridge, automatic washing machine.

Contains all the other equipment including coffee filter, microwave and toaster. A full selection of pans and cooking utensils are provided.

The new bathroom has luxury fittings, including bath with integral shower, vanity unit with basin, bidet, heated towel rail and WC.

On the first floor the master bedroom has partly sloping ceilings and a dormer window giving panoramic sea views. It is equipped with a large chest of drawers, a double bed and a TV/VHS combination.

Bookings run weekly from Saturday to Saturday. An initial deposit of £50 will secure your booking; the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. On receipt of your balance an explanatory letter will be sent to you with information on where to collect the key and directions to Seaways.
